 The 8 R’s of Talking About Race: How to Have Meaningful Conversations is a great way to get started in learning more about race and understanding biases . 


The 8 R's :

· Respect, Reflect, and Resign

· Research and Relearn

· Reset and Reboot

· Recognize Bias and Privilege
